Baggsy’s Nissan Silvia PS13 Is Coming to Classic Japfest

Lock in October 4–5 at Goodwood Motor Circuit. Steve “Baggsy” Biagioni is rolling in with his Nissan Silvia PS13. Yes, the same car he’s used to stack podiums and wins – and he’s taking part in our drift demos across the weekend! He’ll also be meeting fans for signings and photos, so bring your posters, lids, and sharpies.

Why This PS13 Hits Different

Baggsy’s blunt about it: this PS13 feels like home. He knows exactly how it reacts, how it loads up mid-corner, and where it delivers its punch. “You get in it and you just… know what it’s going to do,” he explains. It’s a very reliable package that’s carried him through multiple podiums and even a win in Ireland. He campaigned the car in Drift Masters for four or five seasons, learned its every quirk, and still lights up when he talks about driving it.

And yes, it’s still ready to go. Baggsy ran the PS13 at a demo event last year – complete with passenger rides as part of a Monster Energy activation – proving that age under the bodywork hasn’t dulled its bite.

Power Delivery You Can Feel From the Fences

Here’s the part the crowd will feel in their chest. The PS13 rocks around 800bhp and 800 ft-lb of torque. That’s serious shove in any era. The secret sauce is how it delivers that grunt: instant power from idle and meat-of-the-curve torque in the mid-range. That lets Baggsy drive it right in the sweet spot, keep the tyres lit, and surf big angle with precision. Compared to his GT86, which makes its power near the top of the rev range, the PS13 is easier to drive on the edge and wildly entertaining to watch.

Modern European drift cars push 1000bhp because tyre tech is so grippy. Baggsy’s take? Today’s drift builds are “drag cars going sideways.” You’ll see why at Goodwood – front ends lifting on transition, three-wheeling exits, and that classic PS13 silhouette carving smoke lines through every clip.

See It Live at Classic Japfest

Goodwood’s fast, flowing corners let high-power drift cars really breathe. Expect long entries, hard flicks, and full-throttle transitions that put every ounce of the PS13’s torque to work. When Baggsy sends it, you’ll know—tyre howl, limiter chatter, and fat plumes that roll over the pit wall.

Don’t just watch the clips – be there. Book Classic Japfest tickets and be part of the fun!
